Construction Phase - This will include the demolition of the existing structure, and the construction of the new Amenities Building.
This phase has commenced as of Monday,13 September 2021. The building shall be demolished, trees removed, followed by earthworks in preparation for the building pad/foundation.
The sewage Pump Station adjacent has been purchased and shall be installed shortly.
The project should be complete for the 2022 season.
