The April update anticipated completion by the end of that month, unfortunately not achieved, however this month of May should see the project finished. Despite some delays due to wet weather and other causes, the various trades items are nearing completion.
Work done since the April report includes:
• Roofing, flashing
• Tiling
• Electrical work, main switchboard, sewage pump station electrics
• Sewage pump station installation and commissioning
• Storage shed concrete slab and frame
• Footpaths
• Stormwater pits and pipes
• Stainless steel canteen benches
• Carpentry and other finishing items: doors, ceilings, wall panels
• Painting
Remaining items include installation of PC items, shower and toilet partitions, change room benches, carpet tiles, shed cladding, landscaping and general finishing.
