The May update anticipated completion by the end of that month, and this was achieved, with the New Amenities Building used for its first Sporting Event on Saturday 28 May 2022, with favourable public comment.
A significant flurry of activity resulted in the contractor completing all but a list of minor items during the month. The coordination of various trades went well, and it was pleasing to report to the Robertson Oval Advisory Committee on May 25, that all was on track.
The remaining items are being attended to, and some ancillary works including Building Better Regions Funding signage will occur shortly.
