Bricklaying, and co-related trades work such as electrical work and plumbing, and some structural steel frame components, required within the walls, was done over the six weeks spanning late January to early March. With the completion of bricklaying in the second week of March, other subsequent trades work can now continue: external sewer plumbing and sewage pump station, together with external stormwater lines. Structural roof framing and roofing will also be done in March. Internally, items such as waterproofing and tiling, and electrical, will also commence.
The project is due for completion in late April.
