The contract for relocation of overhead powerlines has been awarded to Country Powerline Constructions and a Design Information Agreement has been lodged with Essential Energy seeking their approval on the design.
At its meeting on 21 September 2023, Council formally accepted the donation of land by the owners of the John Oxley Caravan Park that will enable the construction of the new amenity block in the location of the existing amenities.
Preparation of the development application is underway and tender documents have been finalised.
