Consultants have been engaged to provide concepts for the proposed skate park in consultation with the Baradine community. The preferred option is indicated in the diagram below. This design has been included in the Development Application, which has been lodged, for this project.
The Baradine Skate Park will be predominantly designed for skateboard, BMX, and scooter riders but will have the capacity to accommodate other activities such as roller skates/ blades, remote control cars, toddler trikes, and ball sports including handball.
Final design is currently being developed for construction of the skate park as per the attached concept.
