Residents are encouraged to take the opportunity to discuss the issues affecting their local communities and meet with councillors and senior Council staff at the next round of Community Consultation Meetings.

NB: Agenda Items must be received online, or in person at Council administration offices, prior to two (2) business days before each meeting at the latest. For example: For a Monday meeting, submissions must be received by the Wednesday prior. No late submissions will be accepted; however, you are welcome to attend any meeting and raise items in the General Business section of a meeting.

Monday 9 March 2026 - Council Chambers, Coolah
Tuesday 10 March 2026 - Community Health Centre, Binnaway
Monday 23 March 2026 - Council Chambers, Coonabarabran
Tuesday 24 March 2026 - Memorial Hall, Baradine
Monday 30 March 2026 - Memorial Club, Mendooran
Tuesday 31 March 2026 - Jubilee Hall, Dunedoo
