COMMUNITY CONSULTATION MEETINGS
Residents are encouraged to take the opportunity to discuss the issues affecting their local communities and meet with councillors and senior Council staff at the next round of Community Consultation Meetings.

To place an item on the agenda, complete the online form below.
NB: Agenda Items must be received online, or in person at Council administration offices, prior to two (2) business days before each meeting at the latest. For example: For a Monday meeting, submissions must be received by the Wednesday prior. No late submissions will be accepted; however, you are welcome to attend any meeting and raise items in the General Business section of a meeting.

Upcoming Meetings
The upcoming round of Community Consultation Meetings is Round 1 2025/2026. These meetings will commence at 5:30pm at following venues:
Monday 20 October 2025 – Memorial Hall, Baradine
Tuesday 21 October 2025 – Council Chambers, Coonabarabran
Monday 27 October 2025 – Memorial Club, Mendooran
Tuesday 28 October 2025 – Jubilee Hall, Dunedoo
Monday 3 November 2025 – Community Health Centre, Binnaway
Tuesday 4 November 2025 – Council Chambers, Coolah
Monday 10 November 2025 – Mullaley Sportsground Shed, Mullaley for Goolhi
