Councillors and senior Council staff attend Community Consultation Meetings twice per year in each of the six Warrumbungle Shire towns, Baradine, Binnaway, Coolah, Coonabarabran, Dunedoo and Mendooran, and once per year in the village of Goolhi, to provide Council information and listen to community feedback.
Community consultation provides an important opportunity for local residents and Council to come together to discuss the issues that matter most in each town. Residents are encouraged to take the opportunity to discuss issues affecting their local communities and meet with Councillors and senior Council staff.
Agenda Items
Council provides community members an opportunity to submit agenda items to upcoming Community Consultation Meetings.
Watch this space for the online form for Community Consultation Meeting Agendas available from September 2026.
Please note: When submitting agenda items, they must be received online, or in person at Council Administration Offices, two full business days before the meeting date. For example, for a Monday meeting submissions must be received by COB the Wednesday prior.
Late agenda submissions will not be accepted. Community members are welcome to attend any meeting and raise matters during the General Business section, however, please note that information may not be provided on the night as certain circumstances require investigation before response.
