Warrumbungle Community Care (WCC) provides

services for the frail aged, people with a disability and their carers, to remain living independently in their own homes. WCC is auspiced by Warrumbungle Shire Council and funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, Transport for NSW and NSW Health.

 

My Aged Care can:

  • give you information about different types of aged care services
  • refer you for an assessment to determine what you need and see if you’re eligible for government support
  • give you referrals and support to find the right service providers
  • advise how much you might need to pay towards the cost of care.
