Level 1 water restrictions on the use of town water in Binnaway will commence from midnight on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, and will remain in place until further notice.
Community Development Coordinators (CDCs) are funded through Council and employed by their local Progress or Development Groups in Baradine, Binnaway, Coolah, Coonabarabran, Dunedoo and Mendooran. They secure grant funding with or on behalf of local community groups, organisations, services and agencies. CDCs support locally based organisations and Council to coordinate and promote community and tourism events.
