Binnaway Sewerage Scheme Project Warrumbungle Shire Council has completed a draft concept design and business case of a sewerage scheme for the township of Binnaway. The concept design and business case is a package of documentation that includes preliminary plans for sewage collection and treatment infrastructure, environmental studies, cost estimates for construction and operations and a financial analysis of different funding options.
Community Consultation Prior to completion of the concept design and business case Council is seeking to consult with members of the community about this project. The main aim of the consultation is to seek feedback on the concept design and business case. Council will be hosting community consultation on Tuesday 12 August 2025 at the Binnaway Bowling Club. Council will host two sessions with each session commencing with a presentation by project staff, followed by a drop-in style consultation session.
Community Consultation Time and Date Binnaway Sewerage Scheme community consultation will be held on Tuesday 12th of August 2025. There will be two session on the day. Session 1 will be between 9am and 12pm, with the presentation to commence at 9:30am. Session 2 will be between 5pm and 8pm with the presentation commencing at 5:30 pm.
Community Consultation Location The location of community consultation for the Binnaway Sewerage Scheme project will be at the Binnaway Bowling Club, 50 Bullinda Street Binnaway.
