Notice is given that Council’s Residential Property Policy has been updated and that public comment is invited on the updated Policy.
The existing Policy was adopted in 2021. The Policy was developed to define use and availability of residential properties owned by Warrumbungle Shire Council whilst ensuring that the premises are managed in a professional manner within the relevant legislation.
Submissions must be submitted by 4:30 pm Thursday, 29 January 2026.
