A draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) has been prepared between Warrumbungle Shire Council and Tilt Renewables Australia Pty Ltd as trustee for the Liverpool Range Wind Farm Project Trust. The agreement relates to Development Application No. SSD-6696 for the Liverpool Range Wind Farm (as Modified), which was approved by the Independent Planning Commission on 23 October 2024.
The draft VPA including an explanatory note can be viewed at Council’s Offices at 59 Binnia Street, Coolah and 14-22 John Street, Coonabarabran during normal business hours. The draft VPA can also be viewed online(PDF, 465KB).
Submission close 4.30pm on Sunday 7 June 2026.
What happens next?
The Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement – Liverpool Range Wind Farm will be reviewed and considered by Warrumbungle Shire Council after the public exhibition period ends. Any feedback received will be evaluated and reported at the June Council meeting.
