The Australian Government Mobile Service Centre will be visiting towns across the Warrumbungle Shire from 13 to 19 January to provide free, face-to-face access to a range of Australian Government services.
Staff from Services Australia will be available to assist community members with Medicare and Centrelink payments and services, as well as help veterans and their families connect with Department of Veterans’ Affairs phone and online services.
The Mobile Service Centre is designed to support people living in rural and regional areas by bringing services directly to the community. It is fully accessible and includes free Wi-Fi, allowing staff to assist visitors to create and access a myGov account.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) will also be available on board the Services Australia Mobile Service Centre.
