Advance Care Directive (ACD) Workshops

This workshop is part of the My Care Future Project, a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering individuals in Western NSW to plan for their future healthcare needs and ensure that their voices are heard when it matters most.

The My Care Future Project is delivered in partnership with Orange City Council, Connecting Community Services / Dubbo Neighbourhood Centre, and the Orange Aboriginal Medical Service. The project is funded by the Western NSW Primary Health Network (Western NSW PHN).

This initiative offers an opportunity to learn about Advance Care Directives, make informed decisions about end-of-life care, and receive support in a culturally safe environment.
