Community Drop-In Session for Proposed Mendooran Skate Park

Warrumbungle Shire Council is exploring the potential for a skate park in Mendooran and is inviting the community to share their feedback.

Council wants to understand whether there is enough community interest and long-term demand for a skate park and whether the project would be suitable for future funding opportunities.

Community feedback will help Council understand:

• the level of community interest and demand
• who may use the facility and how often
•  possible size and location considerations
• ongoing maintenance and operational requirements
  
• whether the project may be suitable for future grant funding

Residents are encouraged to attend the drop-in session to learn more about the proposal, ask questions and share their feedback directly with Council staff.
