Council will be undertaking sewerage maintenance hole inspections across Coonabarabran, Dunedoo and Coolah as part of its ongoing sewer rehabilitation program.

These inspections involve condition assessments of sewer network infrastructure. The information gathered will help inform future maintenance and upgrade works across the Shire.

When will the work take place?

Thursday 5 February to Thursday 19 February 2026

Construction hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm

  • Saturday, 8:00am to 1:00pm

Where will the work occur?

Works will take place in various locations across Coonabarabran, Dunedoo and Coolah.

Residents directly affected by the works will receive written notification via letterbox drop from Council’s delivery partner, Interflow.

How will residents be affected?

To complete the inspections, Interflow may need to access private properties in Coonabarabran, Dunedoo and Coolah. Access will be limited to what is required to safely undertake the condition assessments.

Council thanks residents for their cooperation while this important maintenance work is carried out.
