Council Closure - Friday 12 September 2025

Warrumbungle Shire Council offices in Coonabarabran and Coolah, along with waste facilities and most services, will be closed on Friday 12 September 2025 for a staff training day.

The following services will remain open:

  • Coonabarabran Customer Service: 8.30am–4.30pm
  • Coonabarabran Service NSW: 9.00am–12.00pm and 2.00pm–4.00pm
  • Kerbside waste & recycling collections: Operating as normal
  • Children’s Services: Operating as normal

We appreciate your understanding while staff take part in training to improve the services we provide for the community.
