Project Overview

Sandy Creek Road is a rural road providing local access for residents, agricultural operations, and service vehicles. At the crossing over Sandy Creek, the existing infrastructure consists of a low-level causeway that becomes impassable during moderate to heavy rainfall, presenting both safety risks and network reliability concerns.

The purpose of this project is to replace the existing causeway with a reinforced concrete box culvert structure, improve road geometry, and construct associated drainage and pavement works.

The project is proudly funded by the NSW Government’s Local Government Recovery Grants - Natural Disaster Program AGRN1034 and delivered by Council.
