At the Council meeting held on 17 July 2025 Council resolved that the amended Warrumbungle Shire Council Plan of Management– Community Land 2016 be placed on public exhibition for a period not less than 28 days. Notice is given that the draft Warrumbungle Shire Council Plan of Management – Community Land 2016 Amendment will be advertised for 28 days for comment by the community.
The amendment is to remove Lot 4 DP 875499 which was included in the 2016 Plan of Management by clerical error. The amendment to the Warrumbungle Shire Council Plan of Management– Community Land 2016 can be located on Pages 77 and 85.
Council is seeking feedback on the amendment associated with Lot 4 DP 875499 only. Any other amendments will be undertaken at a future date when the entire plan is revised.
Submissions must be submitted by 4:30 pm Thursday, 28 August 2025.
