The Sir Ivan Fire Recovery Committee is producing newsletters to ensure that all communities affected by the fire, including those from Uarbry, Cassilis, Dunedoo, Coolah and Leadville, have the information needed to recover from this natural disaster.

Warrumbungle Shire Mayor’s Bushfire Appeal (Sir Ivan Fire)

The Sir Ivan Fire has so far destroyed many homes and as at 14 February is still burning across a large area east of Dunedoo, and south of Coolah. Warrumbungle Shire Council has set up a Warrumbungle Shire Mayor’s Bushfire Appeal (Sir Ivan Fire) and will be taking donations from members of the public who wish to assist residents who have suffered, and in many cases lost everything as a result of the fire.
