The Mendooran Turf Club and Golf Club project is entering its final stages with completion due at the end of March 2020. The official opening of the Jockey Club building was last year at the race meeting held on 7 September 2019. The installation of a new septic tank system, pump and air conditioning unit for the building will be undertaken in during March 2020, which will see this project completed.
