Works are continuing on the new amenities block at the Mendooran Mechanics Institute. The access ramp and handrail to the amenities block has now been installed and the electricity is connected.
Planning is now underway for the awning which will cover the entire walkway from the hall to the amenities block, and the new handrail for the access ramp to the hall will also be installed in the coming weeks.
Local contractors will be installing the new On-Site Sewerage Management System and the connection to water. These works will be completed by the end of November 2019.
