In recent weeks works have continued in the squash court area with the first coat of paint being completed in the old toilet areas near the squash courts. Repairs to the squash court walls have been completed with the walls also receiving a fresh coat of paint. This is the last of the work on the squash courts walls. Refurbishment of the squash court floors will be the commencing soon.
In the basketball area, new lights have been installed. These lights are LED meaning they are brighter and more cost effective than the old mercury lights.
Works in the canteen have also commenced with the ceiling receiving a new coat of paint and a new air-conditioner being installed. The next step is to purchase and install the new kitchen appliances.
