Contractors commenced work on the project in January 2019. Initial works which have been conducted include power supply provisions such as new meter boards and mains, pits, conduits, relocation of sub mains, and power connections.
This was followed by lighting supply and installation to the grandstand, playground, the main field and tennis courts. The footings for the lighting poles at the netball courts and touch football/training oval are also complete.
The next stage will see installation of the remaining lighting poles and lighting, and the installation of the new electronic scoreboard. These tasks will see overall completion of the project.
