• Development Application is an application for Integrated Development.

• Concurrence is sought from the National Resources Access Regulator under Section 91(2) of the Water Management Act 2000.

• The Development Application and associated documents may be inspected between 21 December 2018 and 15 February 2019 (inclusive) at Councils Coonabarabran and Coolah Offices during normal trading hours. 

• Any person may make a written submission to the consent authority concerning the development application.

• If a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of objection must be specified in the submission.
