Construction of a shared space (Plaza) on Little Timor Street from John Street to 35m west will commence on 16 August 2021. This section of Little Timor Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from 16 August 2021 until the conclusion of the program. The NSW Government provided a grant under the Streets as Shared Spaces (SaSS) Program to test and pilot an innovative idea for streets as safe, shared public spaces, which is aligned with various NSW Government strategic frameworks.
