Public Hearing Report - Reclassification of Land

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Local Government Act 1993, two (2) Public Hearings were held on Thursday, 27 October 2022 into the proposed reclassifications of Council-owned land from ‘community’ to ‘operational’ at 18 Council-owned sites.

The public hearing report will be considered by Council at the November 2022 Ordinary Council Meeting, along with all written submissions relating to the proposed reclassifications under the Warrumbungle Local Environmental Plan 2013.
