Community Consultation Meetings 2023/2024 - Round 1

The first round of Community Consultation Meetings for the 2023/24 financial year is coming up and residents are encouraged to take the opportunity to meet with councillors and staff in their nearest town to discuss the issues affecting their community.

“These Community Consultation Meetings are great way to connect with community members and I encourage local residents to utilise these meetings to discuss matters affecting their community,” said Warrumbungle Shire Council Mayor, Councillor Ambrose Doolan. “Senior staff will be there to listen and understand what is affecting our communities and work towards finding the best course of action and to answer any additional questions community members may have.”

Community Consultation Meetings will be held at 5:30pm as follows: 
• Monday, 23 October 2023 – Memorial Club, Mendooran
• Tuesday, 24 October 2023 – Bowling Club, Binnaway
• Monday, 30 October 2023 – Council Chambers, Coolah
• Tuesday, 31 October 2023 – Council Chambers, Coonabarabran 
• Monday, 6 November 2023 – Baradine Memorial Hall
• Tuesday, 7 November 2023 – Jubilee Hall, Dunedoo

“I hope to see a good turnout at these meetings and make sure you register your agenda items prior to the meeting online,” concluded Cr Doolan.
