Code of Meeting Practice
This Code of Meeting Practice has been prepared in accordance with Section 360 of the Local Government Act 1993, and, subject to giving public notice and exhibition as required by Section 361 of the Act, will apply to all meetings of Council and Committees of Council of which all the members are Councillors. Further, the Code of Meeting practice as set out within the text also applies to Advisory Committees of Council.

GIPA Disclosure Log
Warrumbungle Shire Council receives access applications for information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act). Under the Act Council is required to provide information on its web site concerning any access applications which have resulted in the release of information which is likely to be of interest to members of the public.

Road Safety Strategic Plan
The Warrumbungle Shire Road Safety Strategic Plan is designed to coordinate a Council wide approach to improving road safety in our community.
Section 94A Contributions Plan
A Section 94A Plan is a means of collecting developer contributions by imposing a flat rate levy on the total cost of a development. The money that is collected under the Plan will be used to pay for infrastructure and facilities to help support the future growth of the Warrumbungle Shire Council LGA and will be spent on projects such as upgrades to town pools, parks, sporting facilities and halls.
State of the Environment Report
A State of the Environment (SoE) Report is an important management tool which aims to provide the community and Council with information on the condition of the environment in the local area. It also provides a platform for community action by raising awareness and understanding of key environmental issues, which in turn helps people and organisations make informed decisions regarding future management actions to reduce negative impacts on the environment.
