Hop around the Shire this Easter

There is a lot happening locally over the Easter period, residents are encouraged to get hopping and support these amazing events. 

“The Warrumbungle region is booming with events and things to see and do this Easter holidays,” said Warrumbungle Shire Council Mayor, Councillor Ambrose Doolan. “With the NSW Public Health Order restrictions easing, events being rescheduled and school holidays are in full swing over the Easter Break, from 9 – 26 April 2022, there is a vast array of things to see and do.”

“With a cricket match, night markets, Warrumbungle National Park Discovery Program – school holiday program for the entire family, Hartwood Country Music Festival, Bunny Bazaar – Easter markets, live music, horse races, and Warrumbungle Wings & Things air show in Coonabarabran featuring Matt Hall – Red Bull’s 2019 Air Racer Champion, there is something for everyone,” Cr Doolan explained. 

“This time of the year is such a beautiful time with the autumn colours starting to show, it will be great to see community member and visitors out and about this Easter, supporting our amazing region,” Cr Doolan concluded.
