Submissions will be received up until 12.00pm on Friday, 27 November 2020 for livestock grazing agreements on Council owned and Council controlled Crown Lands listed below. All agreements will commence on 1 January 2021 and expire on 31 December 2021. Please note, holders of an expired agreement must reapply and will be assessed as a new submission. Submissions are to include a proposed payment, together with a management plan for the nominated parcel describing intended use, pest and weed control, boundary fencing and soil erosion control plans. Confirmation of public liability insurance must also be provided to the value of $20 million, indemnifying Council for any loss or damage. The highest, or any submission, will not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Councillors or Staff during the advertised period will exclude parties from consideration.
