Free Community Calendar

The Warrumbungle Region Community Calendar is a great way to keep track of events happening around the Warrumbungle Shire area. The Calendar is free for all members of the community to list their public events.

“The Community Calendar is a great way to communicate, share and engage with all the towns and villages throughout the region”, said Warrumbungle Shire Council Mayor, Councillor Denis Todd. “It gives an opportunity for everyone to make the most of what’s on in our area.”

“This platform is a valuable resource for community members to share community events such as annual shows, markets, activities and fundraisers. Commercial businesses are also welcome to add events onto the Community Calendar. This calendar is for our community, so we want to see it being utilised”, said Cr Todd.

“Council is committed to helping organisers maximise attendance at their events, and to make it easy for people to find information about the local communities. The Community Calendar is a one stop shop of events and things to do for local community members as well as travellers coming into our towns.”

“No matter how big or small the event, the Community Calendar is a great promotional tool, ensuring more people know about these amazing events”, concluded Cr Todd.

To upload an event to the Warrumbungle Region Community Calendar, head to the Warrumbungle Region website and select the Events Tab.

If any event organisers need assistance with the events page or would like to find out more, contact Acting Manager Economic Development and Tourism on (02) 6849 2000.

All events are subject to guidelines and are moderated by Council.
