Community Consultation Meetings – October 2020

Community Consultations Meetings are fast approaching and this year the meetings will be ran a little bit differently, due to COVID-19 regulations.

This year attendees will need to register their attendance to secure a place a Community Consultation Meeting. To allow for physical distancing in venues there will be an allocated number of attendees for each meeting. Therefore, Council is asking all attendees to register their attendance online at Council’s website under the events tab.

“Community Consultation Meetings are a great opportunity for you to meet with Councillors, Senior Council Staff and other members of your community to discuss the issues affecting your local community,” said Warrumbungle Shire Council Mayor Councillor Ambrose Doolan. “As there are limited places this year at each meeting, I would encourage community members to register their attendance and agenda items as soon as possible.”

“If you are unable to attend the meeting you can still register an agenda item online and the outcome will be recorded for your information,” Cr Doolan explained.

The Community Consultation Meetings will be held on the following date, with venues yet to be confirmed;

• Tuesday 20 October 2020 5:30pm Mendooran
