Changes To Council Services – Friday, 13 December 2024

Warrumbungle Shire Council administration offices in Coolah and Coonabarabran will be closed on Friday 13 December 2024 from 12:00pm. Other Council services including Service NSW and Visitors Information Centre will also be closed on Friday 13 December 2024 from 12.00pm. 

Domestic Waste Collection
Waste collections that are scheduled for Friday 13 December 2024, will be collected as normal on that day. Please ensure bins are out the night before. 

Landfills and Transfer Stations
All landfills across the Shire will be closed on Friday 13 December 2024 from 11:00am and will re-open with normal operating hours on Saturday 14 December 2024. General operating hours can be found on Council’s Website.

Swimming Pools
All swimming pools will be open as per the Swimming Pool Attendant roster which can be found on Council’s website.  

Children and Community Services 
All children’s services will be closed all day on Friday 13 December 2024 and community services will close from 12:00pm. 

Council may be contacted for emergencies on (02) 6378 5000 or (02) 6849 2000.  Services will re-open and return to normal operations Monday 16 December 2024.
