Australia Day 2025 Events: Celebrating Our Shared Story

The National Australia Day Council’s Community Grant program has helped fund a variety of events across the region, further enhancing the opportunity for local communities to come together. As part of the “Reflect, Respect, and Celebrate” initiative, Australia Day serves as an opportunity to engage with our history, acknowledge our differences, and appreciate the richness of our collective story.

“The Australia Day Award ceremonies will be a highlight, with outstanding community members recognised for their contributions and achievements. In addition to these ceremonies, a range of activities throughout the day will provide ample opportunity for everyone to get involved, said Warrumbungle Shire Council Mayor, Councillor Kathryn Rindfleish.
