“Annual Donations are provided across six (6) categories to give assistance with general rates; access charges for water, sewer or waste; plant and operator hire; hall or venue hire; or monetary grants. Each local community group has selected in their application which type of donation they would like to receive and all 20 successful applicants have been advised of which type of donation they will receive during the 2020/21 financial year,” said Cr Todd.

“Annual Donations are provided separately to the two rounds of Community Financial Assistance Donations each year. If you are part of a local community group seeking donations, keep an eye out for next year’s Annual Donation applications, or apply for the Community Financial Assistance Donations Applications which are released twice each financial year,” Cr Todd concluded.
