A Pollution Incident Response Management Plan (PIRMP) relating to each EPA Licence is available via links in the table below.
Licensees are required to publish pollution monitoring data that has been collected as a result of a licence condition, in accordance with section 66(6) of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW), and by written requirements of the EPA. A monitoring and complaints summary relating to each of the EPA Licences is updated annually and is available via links in the table below.
