​Renovation work for the Squash Courts is complete! Works included replacing broken boards, repairing and painting the walls, new lighting and air-conditioning and installation of an upstairs safety barrier. The flooring in the squash courts also required further work as the footings had moved over the years.
Also this week, a new staircase was installed in the gym to ensure the safety of the users.
Council staff will commence the replacement of the clear roof sheeting will later this week.
The next phase of the project is to better seal the building to help stop the dust and wildlife entering, installation of the grandstands and replacement of internal doors and windows.
