Draft Section 94A Contributions Plan

Council has prepared a Draft Section 94A contributions plan.
A Section 94A plan is a means of collecting developer contributions by imposing a flat rate levy on the total cost of development.
The money that is collected under the plan will be used to pay for infrastructure and facilities to help support the future growth of the Warrumbungle Shire Council LGA and will be spent on projects such as upgrades to town pools, parks, sporting facilities and halls.
Council is required to exhibit the proposal for 28 days and invites submissions to be made by members of the public until 4pm on Wednesday 9 December 2009 to the undersigned.
A copy of the plan can be sighted at either of the Council offices between 9.00am and 4pm Monday – Friday, Council libraries or by clicking on the link below.
