Australia Day 2010

Warrumbungle Shire Council is calling for nominations from individuals and organisations offering the name of suitable persons worthy of the following Australia Day Awards:

1. Citizen of the Year

2. Young Citizen of the Year - 16 to 25 years

3. Senior Citizen of the Year - over 60 years

4. Sportsperson of the Year

5. Young Sportsperson of the Year - 21 years and under

All nominations should detail the achievements of the nominated person or group. Nomination forms are available at the Warrumbungle Shire Council Chambers in Coolah and Coonabarabran or by downloading the attached file.

Nominations close 4pm Friday 6th November, 2009 and should be forwarded to the General Manager, P O Box 191 Coonabarabran 2357 or delivered to the Council Chambers in Coolah or Coonabarabran.
