Obtain a form which is to be completed and returned to Council prior to permission being granted to conduct a street stall within the Shire.

Install, Construct or Alter an OSSMS
Installing, constructing or altering a waste treatment device or a human waste storage facility or a drain connected to any such device or facility is a prescribed activity and requires the approval of Council.
Local Approvals Section 68
The Table of Approvals includes applications relating to water supply, sewerage and stormwater, management of wastes, community land and public roads.
